Shipping Cost
We are based in Sydney and will ship from Sydney, Australia. You may choose your preferred shipping method and cost during the checkout process. Our shipping methods and costs may change from time to time, and you can view these information in the checkout process before your finalise your purchase order.

How can I know that products I ordered have been shipped out?
You can log into your account and check under "Previous Orders". If it says "Delivered", it means your order has been processed and is on its way!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will normally ship within three to five working days. If for any reason your order will not ship within three working days you will receive an email explaining the reason for the delay and the estimated shipping date.

Ring Sizes
We use the U.S. Ring Sizing system. Below is a ring size comparison table for the different size systems.
